This page explains how and when your order ships, typical delivery timeframes, and what to expect after you buy. We keep this policy clear and conservative to meet payment-processor requirements.


Where we ship from

We fulfill from regional warehouses to shorten transit times. Your order will ship from the closest available facility to your delivery address, typically one of the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • European Union (EU)
  • United States (US)
  • Canada (CA)
  • Australia (AU)

The shipping origin depends on stock availability at the time your order is packed.


Order processing (handling) time

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours (business days) from successful payment/verification.
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) local warehouse time are prioritized the same or next business day.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Orders flagged for manual review (e.g., address mismatch, high-value orders) may require up to one extra business day.

These are typical transit timeframes, not guarantees. Peak seasons, weather, customs, and carrier capacity can extend delivery.

Shipping fees & taxes

  • Shipping cost is shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Duties & customs: If your order crosses a customs border, local duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking your order

  • A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
  • Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, please check with household members, reception/concierge, and neighbors first, then contact us.

Address changes & order edits

  • We can update the shipping address before your order is packed. Contact support immediately with the correct address.
  • Once an order is shipped, we can’t reroute it. If returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable) or reship (additional postage may apply).


Delays & peak seasons

While most orders arrive within the estimates above, carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather events, or customs inspections. We’ll proactively assist if your parcel exceeds the expected window.

Lost, damaged, or missing items

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if confirmed lost.

Split shipments & backorders

  • To speed delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
  • If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you of the updated ship date or offer a refund for the affected item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available

  • In select countries, COD orders may require SMS/phone confirmation before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed COD orders are automatically canceled after 48 hours.
  • Delivery attempts and hold periods are determined by the local carrier; repeated failed attempts may return the parcel to sender.
