These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NoHair website, checkout, and related services (the “Site”).
By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase.
- If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2) Use of the Site
- You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, suspected fraud, abuse, or behavior that harms our business or other users.
3) Product Information & Availability
- We strive to display product details accurately. Minor variations in packaging, graphics, or materials may occur.
- All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute comparable items (with your consent) if stock is unavailable.
4) Prices, Taxes & Duties
- Prices shown at checkout are exclusive/inclusive of taxes as indicated (see your cart).
- Taxes/VAT and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5) Orders & Contract Formation
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatching the goods.
- We may decline or cancel an order (with a refund where paid) for reasons including: stock issues, pricing errors, failed verification, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions.
6) Payment & Security Screening
- We accept major cards and certain digital wallets and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options where supported (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.).
- By submitting payment, you authorize us and our processors to charge the full amount (including taxes, shipping, and any add-ons).
- Orders may be held for manual verification. If we cannot verify details, we may cancel and refund.
BNPL Terms
If you select a BNPL provider (e.g., Klarna), your payment terms are with that provider. They may perform a soft or hard credit check. Please review their terms before completing purchase.
7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Handling time is typically 24–48 business hours after successful payment (see our Shipping Policy for details).
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or force majeure.
- Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to the carrier, where permitted by law).
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first; then contact us so we can assist.
8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions.
- For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care items may not be returnable unless defective, subject to your local consumer laws.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (minus any non-refundable shipping, where applicable).
9) Subscriptions & Auto-Renew (if offered)
- If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can pause or cancel in your account or by contacting support at least 48 hours before the next renewal.
- Promotional prices may apply only to initial term(s); renewals bill at then-current rates.
10) Promotions, Coupons & Gifts
- Promotional codes and offers are subject to terms, time limits, and availability.
- We may revoke or refuse promotional use in cases of misuse, fraud, or error.
11) User Content (Reviews, Comments, UGC)
- By posting reviews or content, you grant NoHair a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes, in any media, without compensation.
- You represent you own or control all rights in your content and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
12) Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Interfere with Site security or operations.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means without our permission.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to purchase for resale where restricted, or circumvent purchase limits.
13) Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, video, code) is owned by NoHair or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
14) Health & Safety Notice (No Medical Advice)
- Our products are cosmetic/personal-care items, not medical devices or treatments.
- Results vary. Always read labels, perform a patch test, and avoid use on broken or irritated skin.
- Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific conditions or concerns. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
15) Disclaimers
- The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
16) Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoHair and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
17) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoHair and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.
18) Governing Law & Disputes
- Governing law: Wyoming, USA .
- Venue: Courts located in Wyoming, USA.
- If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have rights to bring claims in your local courts and under your local consumer laws, which these Terms do not limit.
Optional (US only): If you operate primarily in the US, you may insert an arbitration clause with an opt-out window to reduce class-action risk. Be sure this complies with applicable consumer laws before enabling.
19) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
- If there is an issue with your order, contact support first so we can resolve it quickly (replacement, reshipment, or refund per our Policies).
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We provide carriers’ proof of shipment/delivery and order records to processors.
20) Third-Party Services & Links
- The Site may contain links to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
21) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, war, governmental actions, carrier failures, or utility outages.
22) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
